Shipping
We post weekly on Wednesdays. All orders received before 9 a.m. on Tuesday will be posted on Wednesday, and all other orders will go out the following week.
Please add us to your email contacts to prevent confirmation and shipping emails from being redirected to spam.
Please ensure your chosen shipping address can receive standard postal deliveries as we post using NZ Post tracked economy post.
Any items unable to be delivered will be held by NZ Post.
RURAL
Please choose the correct shipping option from the drop-down box, as only those marked as Rural will receive the RD stamp. Incorrect shipping may lead to your item not arriving or being returned to the sender.
My order hasnt arrived yet?
If you have any issue with tracking your delivery, calling NZ Post directly is the fastest way to resolve the issue. They can be contacted on 0800 501 501 (option 1 then option 3 to speak to someone) & the staff at NZ Post will be able to assist you in locating your parcel. Don't forget to have your tracking number handy for them.
Do you post internationally?
We ship nationwide but at this stage, we cannot offer overseas postage
Do you have a physical shop we can visit?
Because we grow and harvest from our home gardens, we only operate an online store. Our properties are not open to the public for viewing

All items are purchased with the understanding that all sales are final, however, we strive to provide a great shopping experience so we welcome questions and feedback and are happy to chat if you are concerned.
