By purchasing from Aunt’s Garden, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available for change of mind or for items that are lost, damaged, or affected due to improper handling, storage, or care by the customer. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate requests for returns or refunds in these circumstances.
If an item is deemed defective or faulty upon receipt, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing evidence of the defect, such as photographs. Refunds or replacements for defective or faulty items will be issued solely at our discretion.
In cases where a refund offer is made, the customer must respond and return the product in its original condition within 7 days of the offer being made. Refunds will not be issued if this 7-day period expires without action.

Please note that while our seeds are harvested with care and tested for viability, plant growth is influenced by environmental factors such as soil, weather, and handling, which are beyond our control.
