The parent tree drops almost ripe fruit which are still hard but will ripen within two days. A big advantage over other clones where fruit ripen and can rot on the tree without being noticed. The large brown to black seeds are poisonous but easily picked out from the delicious pulp. Trees have a short total leaf drop in late spring after all the fruit is ripe and before flowering. Seeds germinate in 2-3 weeks under warm conditions and should be planted soon after arriving. Best planted in 15 cm diameter or larger pots and allowed to grow for 12 months before transplanting out.
