Asarina purpusii ‘Victoria Falls’ A scrambler more than a climber with larger pinkish flowers. Perennial, dying back to thick tuber-like roots over winter. Very fast to grow and flower so can be treated as an annual. Has also been classified in with Lophosperma and and as Maurandya erubescens.

Germination
Germination takes 14-21 days. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to 8cm pots and grow on in cooler conditions. Acclimatise and plant out after danger of frost has passed. Prefers any ordinary cool, moist but well-drained soil.
